As an online-based company, we operate without a physical storefront to keep our prices as low as possible. All items displayed on our website are available by delivery only. We do not offer customer pickups, and our warehouse is not open to the public. If you'd like to preview items in person, we offer consultations at your selected venue (or a similar location). During your appointment, we’ll bring any requested design items for you to review and visualize your event setup.
All rental orders are processed through a digital invoice and will require payment via Square. Additionally, each order must be accompanied by a Credit Card Verification form and a valid matching ID.
